About Me
Hello! My name is Shaan and I'm a photographer based in South London. I specialise in photographing portraits, events, landscapes, and nature.
Day to day, I'm a professional pilot (hence the aviation photography and love of anything that moves fast), but I've also always had a passion for creativity. Photographing and preserving those precious moments fills me with joy. I'm happy to help others capture those moments we experience so rarely. I can offer competitive prices and a variety of packages to suit your needs.
I was raised in London and have lived here for over 25 years. I've also lived in other countries such as Norway and the United Arab Emirates, it's been invaluable to learn about other cultures and ways of life and it's been a joy to observe and photograph some of these scenes.
Aside from photography and aviation, I love to play hockey, football and racket sports. I also love scuba diving which has allowed me to improve my videography skills in challenging environments.

Personal Journey
I started experimenting with photography when I was a child. My first memories are of the old disposable Kodak cameras with the yellow packaging in the early 2000s.
I remember taking similar cameras on school trips as I got older. Phone photography was still in its infancy so the best chance I had for clear photos was on traditional film cameras. I then remember using entry level Fujifilm point and shoot cameras in the following years. As digital photography developed in the 2000s/early 2010s, I started to use early Sony Cybershot digital cameras, it was evident the future was exciting for photography.
Nowadays, with mirrorless cameras producing incredible high quality images and digital processing, it is a possibility and a joy to take a camera anywhere, anytime. Light or dark and rain or shine; there is something to be captured! Often, I have my camera with me wherever I go now, whether that's into town or to a local park.
I have managed to capture some beautiful scenes and landscapes which are now available for purchase should you desire an image on print or canvas.
